We pack your artworks with care and get it to you as fast as we can. Please find out how to estimate shipping fees and delivery times below.

PACKAGING

Framed prints and canvas prints are covered securely and placed in foam inserts. The article is placed in a box that will protect it from damage.

Processing & Delivery

Please Note:

The above is only a general guideline for our processing times. See art's product details to see how soon a specific item is expected to ship. Processing begins only when our system identified a successful payment.

If you select DHL Express delivery for your order, you will receive 24 Hour priority processing which shortens the processing time by up to three days.

If you order a combination of in-house and individual order posters and prints, the order processing time may be 5-7 days (we will ship those items together in one shipment). To offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. If an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items if we expect the item to be restocked soon. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship the order to you in one shipment. Average transit times are based on orders shipping to international addresses.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can quickly check the status of your order with your tracking number and email. As your artwork ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes the tracking number.

Is my package insured?

Virtosuart.com guarantees your satisfaction, and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items in case you are not satisfied. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact the Customer Support.

What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate shipment?

We have to combine similar items in one shipment to offer you the lowest shipping rates. Please see Processing and Delivery Times. If an item out of stock temporary prevents available items from shipping, you may request the available items to be shipped separately. Please contact our Customer Support Team directly.

Can I ship to a P.O. box?

Larger items must be shipped to a street address.
