Virtosuart.com accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The High Pay Centre is an independent non-party think tank focused on pay at the top of the income scale. We also accept PayPal.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Contact Virtosu Art Gallery Fine Art Customer Support Team to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available. We are not able to process cancellations for orders that have been already shipped. Please visit Virtosu Art Gallery Returns page or you may as well contact for other options.

When entering your credit card number on our order forms, the merchant provider encrypts that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We do not store your credit card information, and our employees do not have access to.

We do not rent, trade or share your email address with any other company for marketing purposes. We use your personal information for processing and keeping you informed of your orders. When will my credit card be billed?

Prior to shipping, we have only obtained a pending pre-authorization petition from your financial institution. When we ask an authorization for your purchase, your financial institution may place a hold on your account for the amount of the pre-authorization request.

Most financial institutions will remove thr pre-authorization hold from the account once the actual transaction amount is debited from your account or three to five business days after the pre-authorization petition, whichever happens sooner. Since policies vary between different financial institutions, we suggest that you contact your financial institution with any further questions about a pre-authorization. Virtosuart.com won't release pre-authorization holds.

How do I find a specific item from your catalog?

Enter the exact name of the artwork or the catalog item number into the search box that appears at the top of the page.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?

We strive for a high level of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate. Sometimes, minor modifications occur between printing runs. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days.

How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?

Virtosuart.com verifies the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly up to (1½").
